RETURN POLICY
You may return your Heirloom Organics Seed Pack within 7 days of delivery and provided you have not violated the inner protective packaging which retains the long term storage preparation. You may not return a package more than 7 days after delivery. You may not return a package if the inner protective packaging is broken or violated.
In order to return a package, please:
- Fill out a Return Package Request (RPR) here and you will be emailed a Return Authorization #. This form must be filled out within 7 days of your receipt of the Seed Pack.
- Send Seed Pack back to Heirloom Organics WITH RA# written on outside of Box
REFUND POLICY
Once we receive your Seed Pack in good condition we will credit your account (card or checking acct.) for the full amount of your order minus the shipping amount and 5% handling fee.
